Watts France is a subsidiary of the American company WATTS WATER Technologies (a group listed on the New York Stock Exchange), a leading manufacturer and supplier of products and solutions for sanitary, heating and drinking water systems.

In 2023, the company employs around 450 people at 3 industrial sites.

Shared culture, empowerment and customer focus

Hugues de Marne took over as head of the company at the end of 2023, with the aim of putting customers and innovation back at the heart of the teams' concerns.

Prior to his arrival, the Production team and the Sales & Marketing team were managed separately.

In this context, the challenge of the first few months was to strengthen the common culture, to enable each employee to take full ownership of the strategy, and to give everyone, whatever their position, the power to influence its deployment.
